Reservations open for all-new Peugeot 2008 SUV and e-2008 SUV

Reservations for the all-new PEUGEOT 2008 SUV and e-2008 SUV are now open with customers able to reserve the all-new 2008 and e-2008 SUV in GT Line trim.

The all-new PEUGEOT 2008 SUV is the second vehicle to fulfil PEUGEOT’s new philosophy of ‘choose your PEUGEOT, choose your powertrain’, and will be available with a range of efficient diesel and petrol engines, as well as a fully electric model, the all-new e-2008 SUV.

Buyers will be able to reserve the all-new 2008 SUV and e-2008 SUV in GT Line trim, costing from £26,100 and £32,000** respectively. The all-new 2008 SUV and e-2008 SUV will also be available later in Active, Allure and GT trim levels. GT Line and GT trims feature full LED headlights with smartbeam assist, LED rear lights with PEUGEOT’s ‘three-claw’ signature graphic, as well as an interior with Adamite green colour stitching, mood lighting, dynamic seats and aluminium pedals.

Fleet and company car drivers benefit from low company car tax rates. The zero-emission, all-new e-2008 SUV will be exempt from paying Benefit-in-Kind (BIK) tax from April 2020 onwards, while customers opting for the efficient 1.2 PureTech 130 S&S 6-speed manual all-new 2008 SUV will be subject to 24% in BIK.

The all-new e-2008 SUV is powered by a 100kW (136bhp) electric motor with a 50kWh battery. Under WLTP testing, the 100% electric, zero exhaust emissions, SUV provides 193 miles* of range. Capable of rapid charging at 100kW, an 80% charge will take just 30 minutes, while a full charge using conventional 7.4kW charger will take 7.5 hours (or optional 11kW charging in 5 hours for customers with access to three-phase power).  Charging points can be installed at a customer’s home or workplace through PEUGEOT’s charging partner.

The all-new PEUGEOT 2008 SUV also features the latest version of the PEUGEOT 3D i-Cockpit®, with a compact steering wheel and a new head-up display. On the head-up display, information is projected in hologram form close to the driver’s eye-line, helping to improve reaction times. The centre console comes with a 10-inch colour touchscreen (depending on trim), with TomTom® Traffic connected 3D Navigation. Every all-new 2008 SUV model will also come standard with Mirror Screen®, Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto connectivity.

David Peel, Managing Director of PEUGEOT UK said: “The all-new PEUGEOT 2008 SUV and e-2008 SUV are the second models to follow our new philosophy of ‘choose your PEUGEOT, choose your powertrain’. With the all-new 208 and e-208 already catering for the city car buyers, the all-new 2008 SUV and e-2008 SUV will open the same exciting ownership prospects for small SUV buyers.

“The all-new 2008 SUV and e-2008 SUV have already received a lot of interest from the public, and we are excited to start deliveries early next year.”
