Vauxhall Mokka and Mokka-e

The new Vauxhall Mokka features a bold aerodynamic design, making it even more efficient, dynamic and fun to drive. It is available as a BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) or with a choice of efficient petrol and diesel engines. The new model is shorter and wider than its predecessor and incorporates class-leading levels of technology. All variants also feature the new Vizor front end and Griffin emblem.

The fully electric Mokka-e features a 50kWh battery and 100kw (136PS) electric motor giving drivers up to 201-miles on a single charge under WLTP testing and it supports up to 100kW rapid charging, with an 80% charge taking just 30 minutes. It also comes with a standard 11kW on-board charger and the lithium-ion battery is guaranteed by an eight-year/100,000-mile warranty. Through the MyVauxhall app, or via the centre console, drivers can also schedule delayed charging, taking advantage of lower electricity tariffs during off-peak hours if charging at home.

In the fully electric Mokka-e, customers can choose between three driving modes, Normal, Eco and Sport to suit their driving requirements and energy consumption. Each mode not only alters the throttle and steering response, but also adjusts the power and torque available.
  • Eco: Power and torque limited to 60kW and 180Nm – maximises vehicle range
  • Normal: Power and torque limited to 80kW and 220Nm – ideal for daily driving
  • Sport: Full power and torque (100kW and 260Nm) – maximises performance

For the new Mokka drivers can choose from a range of advanced petrol and diesel engines. There are two petrol engines available, a 1.2-litre 100PS turbo combined with a six-speed manual or a more powerful 1.2-litre turbo engine capable of 130PS that is available with either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic.

The two petrol engines are joined by an efficient 1.5-litre diesel, with a six-speed manual and an impressive fuel consumption of 65.7mpg and low CO2 emissions of 114g/km under WLTP testing. All of Vauxhall’s diesel engines are fully RDE2 compliant, making them exempt from the current 4% surcharge on Benefit-in-Kind (BIK) rates.

On the inside, the new Mokka the first Vauxhall model to feature its new Pure Panel digital instrument display. An integrated display contains both the digital instrument panel and the central touchscreen. The design helps reduce the need for multiple buttons and controls, allowing drivers to maintain concentration on the road. The Pure Panel is available in two formats, depending on trim level. Entry versions feature a 7-inch digital instrument panel with 7-inch central touch screen.  Premium versions feature a 12-inch digital instrument panel along with a 10-inch central colour touchscreen.
