FMG Repair Services is strengthening its support for insurance clients with the promotion of Kenny Cruickshanks to the new role of Technical Manager – Client Services.
In this role Kenny will support FMGRS’ large insurer client relationships, whilst driving technical alignment, performance and excellence within the businesses 65 bodyshop sites. An experienced IMI Regional Vehicle Damage Assessor, Kenny brings a decade of expertise and a wealth of technical knowledge and skill to the role as well as strong working relationships with clients.

Kenny joins a dedicated Insurer Relationships team and reports to Steve Ward, Head of Client Relationships – Insurer.
