Industry experts, DVSA representatives and transport professionals to gather in Burnley for a free day of compliance insight and networking.
Tickets have been released for CheckedSafe Transport Compliance Seminar 2026, which is being held in Burnley on Thursday 19th of November 2026.
The event provides an excellent opportunity for those in the transport sector to stay up to date on the industry’s ever-changing regulations and compliance requirements.
Attendees at this free seminar will get the chance to hear from numerous industry experts talking on a range of topics, including:
- Insight into what DVSA examiners actually look for
- The importance of load safety and the real-life consequences of non-compliance
- A deep dive into the legal position of driving licence checking
- Additional compliance and best practice updates from leading industry experts
Guest speakers include DVSA’s Aidan McCabe and Steve Lyon, alongside Maria Dennis, Laura Newton, Steve Moffatt, and one further speaker yet to be announced.
Attendees will also be treated to a free lunch and refreshments, as well as the chance to take part in some fun, interactive quizzes with prizes up for grabs!
The seminar runs from 09:30 – 15:30 and will be held at the multi-million-pound conferencing facility: Impact Conferencing, located at Life Church Lancashire in Burnley, just off Junction 10 of the M65.
