FMG Repair Services is celebrating professional recognition at the top with two senior leaders being awarded FIMI (Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry) certification, the highest membership grade within the IMI.
Managing Director Paul Wrigglesworth and Operations Director Kris Hurd have both been awarded the prestigious Fellow status, in recognition of their extensive experience, qualifications and leadership within the automotive sector.
FIMI certification recognises their commitment to championing the highest standards in sustainable vehicle repair within FMGRS and across the broader bodyshop industry. IMI representatives attended FMGRS’ dedicated Technical Training Centre in Goole earlier this week, to mark the occasion.
Chris Cotterill MIMI, UK Business & Accounts Team Manager at the IMI, said: “It’s inspiring to see the senior leadership team at FMGRS leading by example and showcasing their commitment to professionalism through FIMI membership recognition. I’ve heard first-hand today how this commitment to continuous professional development filters down through their Training Academy to ensure all FMGRS colleagues stay up to date through high quality training.”
Paul Wrigglesworth commented, “I speak on behalf of Kris and I when I say we are delighted to receive this fantastic accolade which acknowledges our commitment to our professional knowledge and driving standards, skills and working practices within this fast-moving industry. We’re proud to lead a large team of skilled and competent automotive professionals at FMGRS and this recognition aligns with the culture of quality, training, innovation and career development we encourage throughout our business.”
